Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: email address and password hash (authentication is handled by Supabase).
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. ASRM stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, never card numbers.
• Product data: brands, domains, categories, and competitors you add; scan and tracking results; generated reports.
• Free scan data: the domain scanned, a salted hash of your IP address for rate limiting (never the raw address), and, if you unlock a report, your email address.
• Usage analytics: page views and product events (for example, scan completed, trial started) tied to your account id, used to operate and improve the service.

How we use it

To run the service, deliver reports and emails you request, prevent abuse, and improve the product. Transactional email is sent through Resend. We do not sell personal data. We do not send marketing email to addresses that have no relationship with ASRM.

Third parties

Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and the AI engine providers we query on your behalf (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google). Brand prompts sent to engines contain the brand information you provided, never your account credentials.

Retention and deletion

Account data persists while the account exists. Deleting an account removes the account, brands, results, reports, stored files, and cancels any active subscription. Free-scan rows and leads may be retained for rate limiting and abuse prevention. To request deletion, contact support.
