The service

ASRM (asrm.ai) monitors how AI engines mention, cite, and recommend brands. Scores and reports reflect real engine responses at the time each run executes. Engine answers change constantly. ASRM measures them, it does not control them.

Accounts and billing

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe, monthly or annually, at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
• The Solo plan offers a one-time $1 trial: $1 charged immediately for 7 days of full access, then the plan price billed automatically to the card on file. Cancel any time before day 7 in Manage billing and the plan price is not charged. The $1 is not refundable.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period. Access continues until then. No partial-period refunds.
• Refunds beyond this policy are at ASRM's discretion. Contact support.
• Prices may change with at least 14 days notice. Changes apply from the next billing period.

Acceptable use

No abuse of the free scanner or metered features, no attempts to access other accounts' data, and no reselling of raw ASRM data without a plan that permits it (white-label reports are permitted on agency plans). ASRM may suspend accounts that circumvent rate limits or billing.

Data and results

Scores, playbooks, and reports are informational. ASRM does not guarantee ranking outcomes in AI engines. Usage caps (a monthly AI token budget per plan) apply as described on the pricing page. Runs pause when the cap is reached and resume the next calendar month.

Liability

Service provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASRM's liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months before a claim.
